Judgment against sergeant Fannie Nkosi has been reserved.
Suspended SAPS sergeant Fannie Nkosi remains behind bars after the Pretoria High Court reserved judgment in his bail appeal.
Nkosi appeared in court on Tuesday challenging a Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court ruling that denied him bail last month following his arrest by the Commission’s Task Team.
The officer faces serious charges including defeating the ends of justice, possession of illegal ammunition and explosives, and theft.
At the centre of the state’s argument is money investigators allegedly discovered during a raid at Nkosi’s Pretoria home.
