Sergeant Fannie Nkosi has challenged the Pretoria North Magistrate Court’s bail decision to keep him behind bars.
Suspended sergeant Fannie Nkosi returns to court in a bid to overturn a ruling that kept him behind bars, as claims linking him to guns, missing dockets, and an alleged criminal cartel deepen.
Nkosi is expected to appear in the Pretoria High Court on Tuesday to appeal the Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court decision denying him bail.
The lower court found that he failed to prove his release would be in the interests of justice.
Nkosi faces firearm-related charges after police allegedly uncovered seven guns during a raid at his home.
