LUCENA CITY, QUEZON, Philippines — Anti-illegal drug operatives seized an estimated P3.4 million worth of shabu and arrested three alleged big-time drug traffickers in a buy-bust operation on Wednesday, May 20, in Taytay, Rizal.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) – Region 4A reported that its agents, together with police operatives, arrested suspects identified only by their aliases “Amir,” 39; “Sohaile,” 43; and “Naofil,” 29, after they allegedly sold shabu to an undercover operative around 4:35 p.m. at the rooftop parking area of a shopping mall in Barangay Dolores.
Authorities reportedly recovered 500 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P3.400 million.
