Originally from Ludwigsburg, Germany, Carolin brings 25+ years of experience across Wieden+Kennedy, Ogilvy, AKQA and more, with clients like Nike, Apple and Starbucks. A champion of design excellence and creative systems, she’s equally passionate about building teams where people feel safe to think ambitiously. Portland has been home since 2010 and now, so is Happylucky again.
