A patient at Greece’s biggest psychiatric hospital in Athens was found dead in his room early Wednesday and police arrested his room-mate on suspicion of murder.
The two men, aged 48 and 59, reportedly had an intense argument which concluded with the elder patient being strangled. No further details were immediately available on the pre-dawn incident at the hospital in Dafni, on the city’s western outskirts.
Police took the 48-year-old suspect into custody.
