Ukraine's defence forces struck the Kstovo oil refinery in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod Oblast on 18 May and an oil pumping station in Russia's Yaroslavl Oblast on 19 May.

Details: The General Staff said that the Kstovo refinery is one of the largest oil refining plants in Russia. The refinery has a processing capacity of approximately 17 million tonnes of oil per year. It produces petrol, diesel fuel and aviation fuel used to meet the needs of Russian forces.
