The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
According to the statement, a large-scale fire broke out at the Ryazan Oil Refinery following the strike.
The refinery is one of the largest oil-processing enterprises in Russia, capable of refining about 17 million tons of oil annually. The gasoline, diesel fuel, and jet fuel produced there are used to support the needs of the Russian occupation forces.
