SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union — The La Union Provincial Police Office (LUPPO) on Monday (May 18) urged tourists and residents to refrain from engaging in dangerous or disruptive activities along busy national highways.
The appeal was issued on Facebook by La Union police director Colonel Redentor Ulsano after a video showing a group of individuals dancing along the national highway in Barangay Urbiztondo, San Juan, between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. on May 10 went viral on social media.
