NAGUILIAN, Isabela — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Cagayan Valley has issued a show cause order (SCO) against the drivers and registered owners of two passenger jeepneys seen racing while overloaded with passengers in a viral video taken in this town.
The video, which circulated on social media on July 16, showed the two jeepneys speeding along a national highway while carrying passengers, including students riding on the roofs of the vehicles.
The LTO said the drivers also failed to observe traffic rules and road signs while transporting passengers.
