Senator Isah Jibrin, popularly known as Echocho, has arrived at the Odu-Ofomu ward headquarters ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial primary election for Kogi East.

However, the exercise was yet to commence as of 9:48 a.m., nearly two hours after the scheduled 8:00 a.m. start time, due to the absence of officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at Odu Ward 2
