House of Representatives aspirant for Kosofe Federal Constituency,aa under All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Oluremi Oluwalogbon Odunsi, has rejected results being circulated from the party’s primary election held on Saturday, 16 May 2026, insisting that no election took place in the constituency.
She said the figures and declarations currently being circulated do not reflect any actual voting process.
A statement by Odunsi described the development as a breach of the procedures set out by the APC for conducting primaries.
She said, “I reject the purported results being circulated and announced in respect of the primary election held yesterday.”
According to her, her rejection was based on the fact that no voting occurred in Kosofe Federal Constituency on the scheduled date.
