LUCENA CITY, Quezon — A retired police officer was seriously wounded after he killed a man in a shooting incident in Padre Garcia town, Batangas province, on Friday evening, May 15.
In a belated report released Saturday, Batangas police identified the wounded cop as “Milyo,” 55.

Police said Milyo was walking along a fence near the residence of a certain “Berto,” 65, in Barangay Castillo at around 6:20 p.m. when a heated argument reportedly broke out between the two.’FEATURED STORIES
