CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan — A 38-year-old part-time instructor was shot dead by an unidentified gunman outside his home in Sta. Maria town shortly after midnight on Thursday, July 30.
Col. Mark Louie Sigua, Sta. Maria police chief, identified the victim as Stephen Gelo Enriquez, a resident of St. Ville Subdivision in Barangay Poblacion.
Police said Enriquez had just arrived home and was about to get out of his vehicle at around 12:30 a.m. when a lone assailant, described as wearing a white bull cap, casually approached him from behind and opened fire.
