Senate shooting: Probers ‘recovering’ CCTV, final report out Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines — Investigators are now “in the process of recovering” closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage as a final report on the shooting at the Senate is set to be finished by next Wednesday.

Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla shared the information to the Inquirer in a text message on Friday.

This schedule comes two days after gunshots were heard in the Senate after its security personnel confronted supposed National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents.
