Some parts of Teynampet zone may experience sewage-related issues on May 13 as Chennai Metro Rail Limited will carry out interconnection works of sewer pipeline on Ramakrishna Mutt Road, Mandaveli.
A press release from Chennai Metrowater said the operation of sewage pumping stations at Mandavelipakkam and Seethammal Colony would be suspended for 12 hours from 10 a.m. on May 13 to enable pipeline interconnection works. Residents of areas, including Alwarpet, Nandanam, Mylapore, and Santhome, may contact Metrowater engineers at 8144930909/8144930225.
