He’s expected to be extradited to Ohio. Court records reviewed by HuffPost showed Monique Tepe married McKee in 2015. However, she filed for divorce in 2017, two years later, and, according to the divorce petition reviewed by People, the two were “incompatible.” Audrey Mackie, Spencer Tepe’s cousin, wrote in a GoFundMe that his cousin was “the soul of every gathering—grand in personality, yet calm, steady, and kind.” He also described Monique Tepe as “warm with a strength that inspired everyone around her.”Mackie added, “Together, they were truly remarkable inside and out. They were a solid pair with a bright future. They were the proud parents of two beautiful children, and every day they showed up with unwavering love and devotion to their family.”
