Nick Reiner, the son of Rob and Michele Reiner, was taken into custody Sunday night and is being held on $4 million bail, online jail records show.
It’s unclear what the 32-year-old has been charged with, if anything.
The couple were found dead in their Los Angeles area home Sunday with apparent stab wounds, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press.
Los Angeles Police Department Deputy Chief Alan Hamilton told reporters Sunday the force’s Robbery-Homicide division is investigating the deaths.
Hamilton said the LAPD intends to contact other members of the Reiner family as well.
