Sept. 19 (UPI) -- A day after a man died from multiple blunt force injuries after riding a Florida roller coaster, the inquiry continues into why he suffered injuries on the ride.

On Thursday, Orlando Medical Examiner Joshua Stephany ruled the death of Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, 32, of Kissimmee, Fla., an accident. No other details were released.

Stephany said that Rodriguez Zavala "was found unresponsive on the Stardust Racers roller coaster at Universal Epic Universe and transported to the hospital. The cause of death is multiple blunt impact injuries. The manner of death is accident," Deadline reported.

Rodriguez Zavala used a wheelchair. A GoFundMe page set up by his family said, "It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved brother, son, uncle, and friend, Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, who tragically lost his life in an unexpected accident."
