Awall and a portion of ceiling partially collapsed in Pompeii after a seismic swarm in the nearby volcanic area of the Campi Flegrei Thursday.

The domus had already been damaged in the large Irpinia earthquake of 1980, officials said.

No one was hurt after the string of tremors, and there are no frescoes or ornaments in the domus, which is being cordoned off for safety reasons.
