The Eternal-owned food delivery company is consolidating its customer support operations at its Gurugram head office, resulting in closure of its Hyderabad centre. Zomato, which communicated its plan to downsize its workforce to its staffers on Monday, has also been outsourcing a larger share of the customer care work to external partners.
