More than 800 people are now confirmed to have died in the Nepal and Tibet flash flood - with over 3,000 listed as missing. Hundreds are thought to be workers at Nepal's hydropower projects - who are trapped in blocked tunnels.

More than 100 people remain trapped in a hydropower tunnel in Nepal, while rescuers across the border in Tibet have been forced to withdraw as fears grow of renewed flooding.

Rescuers have reached previously inaccessible areas as Nepal appeals for international aid and continues to attempt to rescue 100 workers trapped in a hydropower plant tunnel.
