As plug-in solar hits stores in the UK, lobby groups are reminding governments and regulators that the same is possible in Australia – and within the space of a year.

Regulations come into force allowing 800 W plug-in solar kits to be installed in England, Wales and Scotland. Plug-in batteries currently excluded, but under investigation.
