US President Donald Trump's administration on Monday moved to impose a more than $100,000 fee on employers hiring foreign workers through a highly-skilled visa program, after facing a legal setback in an earlier effort.

Months after a judge threw out the administration’s scheme to charge $100,000 to obtain a worker visa, it’s back proposing a $103,000 fee.

The Trump administration proposed a $103,265 H-1B visa fee through formal rulemaking after a federal judge struck down the original $100,000
