Cochin Shipyard delivered the INS Mangrol anti-submarine warfare craft to the Indian Navy. This naval craft is built with over eighty percent indigenous parts. It is equipped for underwater surveillance and anti-submarine warfare operations. The vessel also possesses mine warfare capabilities and low-intensity maritime operations. Propulsion comes from water jets, and it carries torpedoes and rockets.
