Festive hiring set to rise 15-20% as frontline roles get more specialised

Hiring is shifting towards specialised frontline roles. Ecommerce, quick commerce and logistics will see strong demand, while frontline salaries may rise8-10%in H2 2026. Tier-1 cities are expected to account for 40.5% of festive jobs.
