Missile directly hit residential building in Lviv but did not explode, mayor says

Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi has said that a Russian missile hit a residential building on Vyhovskoho Street but did not detonate. Its warhead has been defused. So far, nine people have been rescued from under the rubble.
