Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi has said that a Russian missile hit a residential building on Vyhovskoho Street but did not detonate. Its warhead has been defused. So far, nine people have been rescued from under the rubble.

Quote from Sadovyi: "On Vyhovskoho Street, there was a direct missile hit on a residential building. The warhead, which did not detonate, has been neutralised. Next comes the work to safely remove it. Rescue workers, police and bomb disposal experts are working at the scene."
