Two apartment buildings were damaged in a Russian missile attack on Lviv, with six people reportedly injured, as rescue workers continue emergency operations.

According to Ukrinform, Lviv Regional Military Administration head Maksym Kozytskyi reported the attack on Telegram.

"According to preliminary information, two apartment buildings in Lviv were damaged in the missile attack. Rescue workers are on the scene," Kozytskyi wrote.

He later updated the situation, saying reports of casualties had begun to come in.

"Reports of injured people are being received. Rescue workers and medics are providing assistance," he said.
