Amnesty International Condemns Fresh Attacks In Southern Kaduna, Killing Of Over 30 Residents

Global human rights organisation, the Amnesty International has condemned the killing of at least 30 people in a fresh attack by gunmen on Naridon Village in Kamaru Ward of Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, describing the incident as another indication of the Nigerian authorities' failure to protect vulnerable communities. In a statement issued on Monday, the human rights organisation said the attack occurred on Saturday night, alleging that dozens of residents who attempted to flee were chased into nearby bushes and killed by the attackers.
