South Africa’s Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) is seeking a new private terminal operator for the Duncan Dock Precinct, one of two multi-purpose terminals at the Port of Cape Town. The terminal is also one of nine of the port’s eleven terminals that are currently privately operated, but the incumbent terminal operator’s lease is due to expire in 2027.
