Novo Nordisk has sued Eli Lilly in a U.S. court. The Danish company accuses Lilly of false advertising for its weight-loss medicines. Novo claims Lilly compared lower doses of its drugs with higher doses of Lilly's. Lilly's advertisements allegedly omit newer, higher-dose versions of Novo's medicines. Novo seeks to withdraw these advertisements and seeks damages from Lilly.
