VIENNA -- Global oil demand is forecast to grow by 800,000 barrels per day (bpd) in 2026 year-on-year, said a report released on Monday by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).

The IEA noted that oil demand fell by 5.3 million bpd in May to 97.9 million bpd, hitting its lowest level this year

Global supply is projected to fall by 3.7 million bpd this year to 102.6 million bpd
