An inquest into the 2022 Enyobeni tavern tragedy has found prima facie evidence to prosecute those allegedly responsible for the deaths of 21 young people. The findings, handed down in the Mdantsane Regional Court, will now be referred to the National Prosecuting Authority to decide whether criminal charges should be instituted.
