Naomi Osaka, the 14th seed, beat Daria Kasatkina 6-1, 6-3 to reach the last 16 while the fourth seed Jessica Pegula also won in straight sets

Sabalenka will bid for a fourth win in as many months against Osaka.

Osaka claimed a 6-2 7-6 (2) win to reach the quarter-finals at the All England Club.
