From WFH to double parking charges: Delhi's new winter rules explained

Delhi has introduced a permanent winter pollution framework that will automatically take effect every year from November 1 to February 28. The notification covers fuel supply linked to valid PUC certificates, restrictions on certain non-BS-VI vehicles from outside Delhi, revised office timings, work-from-home provisions, higher parking charges, construction restrictions and stricter dust-control measures.
