A large-scale celebration marking 250 years of US independence was held in Brussels on Sunday, bringing together thousands of invited guests, senior politicians, diplomats, and military personnel at Parc du Cinquantenaire near key EU institutions. The event, organised by the US Embassy in Belgium, was described as an “invitation-only celebration” under the theme “250 Years of Independence: Building Our Future Together.
