Authorities in Bulgaria have ruled out early assumptions about the causes of the deadly crash on the Trakia highway, where two children and one adult lost their lives after a truck crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a passenger vehicle. According to the supervising prosecutor from the Yambol District Prosecutor’s Office, Zhivko Iliev, there is currently no evidence supporting claims that the truck driver fell asleep at the wheel or that the vehicle suffered a flat tire before the incident.
