Fininvest, the Berlusconi family holding, confirmed that one of its companies had accepted a binding offer from a foreign entity for the sale of Villa Certosa. The villa is famed for its celebrity guests, including former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as Berlusconi's 'bunga bunga' parties. Spanning around 120 hectares, the property features 126 rooms, swimming pools, an amphitheatre, a vast cactus collection, a mock volcano, and a discreet underground grotto.
