Ukrainian drones struck Moscow's Gazpromneft-operated Kapotnya refinery, temporarily halting operations and cutting Russian refining capacity by up to 33%.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called Tuesday morning's strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery a "just response to Russian strikes."
