Watch as David Beckham is honoured with Hollywood Walk of Fame star

Sir David Beckham has been honoured with a Hollywood Walk of Fame star on Friday (12 June). Footage shared by the 51-year-old shows the star being created and set into place on the iconic Hollywood Boulevard sidewalk. He is the 2,849th person to be honoured with a spot. The footballing legend was joined with wife Victoria and three of their children, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. Their eldest son, Brooklyn, was notably absent amid reports of an ongoing family dispute. Longtime friend Tom Cruise also gave a speech during the ceremony which unfolded in front of Ovation Hollywood.
