The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) has confirmed that no body-worn cameras were used by police officers involved in five fatal shooting incidents across four parishes that left 11 men dead within a 24-hour period.The commission said the incidents included two quadruple fatal shootings and three single fatal shootings, and resulted in deaths in St James, St Catherine, Clarendon and St Andrew.
