The Centre for Human Rights and Social Advancement (CEFSAN) has knocked the President Bola Tinubu-led Nigerian government for failing in its fundamental responsibility to protect children, accusing the authorities of effectively abandoning the abducted schoolchildren and teachers to the kidnappers and terrorist groups.
