UNITED NATIONS: Dozens of countries denounced Russia at the United Nations on Monday over a drone strike blamed on Moscow that hit a Romanian apartment building. “Such behavior is unacceptable under international law and must stop,” Romanian Foreign Minister Oana-Silvia Toiu said in a statement representing 56 UN members, including from the European Union and NATO military alliance. A 14-year-old boy and a 53-year-old woman were hospitalized on Friday after the drone hit a block of flats in Galati, close to the border with Ukraine.
