UNITED NATIONS: Dozens of countries denounced Russia at the United Nations on Monday over a drone strike blamed on Moscow that hit a Romanian apartment building.
“Such behavior is unacceptable under international law and must stop,” Romanian Foreign Minister Oana-Silvia Toiu said in a statement representing 56 UN members, including from the European Union and NATO military alliance.
