BI: No hold departure order yet vs Bato dela Rosa; only lookout bulletin in effect

The Bureau of Immigration on Sunday said a hold departure order against Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa has yet to be issued, as the former Philippine National Police chief remains under an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order while facing an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court.
