Delegates from around the world are expected to disagree over how to tackle climate change and who should pay.

Ministers and high-ranking officials from nearly 200 countries have gathered in the Amazonian city of Belem, with Brazil insisting this will be “the Cop of implementation”.

About 50,000 people are expected to attend the 12-day climate summit in the Brazilian city of Belem.
