President Trump's Special Envoy, Steven Witkoff, deserves respect for his decision on Saturday to show up at Hostage Square in Tel Aviv and face the tough questions, desperate pleas and raging speeches of the families who still have loved ones held hostage in Gaza, after almost 670 days of war.

Steve Witkoff, President Trump’s Middle East envoy, is expected to visit an aid-distribution site in the enclave, with international pressure to agree on a new cease-fire growing.

Witkoff is scheduled to meet with Benjamin Netanyahu in an effort to salvage ceasefire talks between Israel and Hamas.
