Fanatics Betting and Gaming just merged its sportsbook, online casino, and prediction markets into a single mobile app. The unified platform, called Fanatics Sports & Casino, launched on September 2, positioning the company to take a bigger bite out of a market that DraftKings and FanDuel have dominated for years.

CEO Matt King laid out the strategy in a Bloomberg interview, framing the all-in-one approach as the natural evolution of how fans actually want to engage with betting.

One app, 23 states, and a lot of geo-fencing

The new app’s most notable technical feature is its geo-aware design. Depending on where a user physically sits, the app automatically adjusts which products are available.

Sportsbook access is live in 23 states plus Washington D.C. Online casino games are limited to four states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and West Virginia. Prediction markets reach 22 states and four US territories.
