That’s what happens when you have the reigning league MVP at quarterback, a strong supporting cast and two generational pass rushers bookending the defensive line in the thinner of the two conferences. (The NFC has five contenders with odds shorter than +1000 to make the Super Bowl. The AFC has eight.)What might come as a surprise? The amount of love the New York Giants are also getting in the betting market.“They’re our biggest Super Bowl liability — and by quite a wide margin,” Tyler Gour, sports trader at Fanatics Sportsbook, told The Athletic.

Year 2 for quarterback Jaxson Dart and running back Cam Skattebo, combined with the return of wide receiver Malik Nabers from injury and the arrival of new head coach John Harbaugh, have given bettors enough of a reason to believe — at least when the price is right.“They’re one of those teams where the odds look striking. They all-around seem to have a better than average team,” DraftKings director of sportsbook operations Johnny Avello said. “It’s a shot by the bettors saying, ‘We’ve liked what you’ve done, maybe this could be the year like the Patriots had last year.'”A $10 bet on their +6500 to +7500 odds, depending on the book, would pay out $650 to $750. They rank 14th in terms of most tickets bet at DraftKings despite sporting the 23rd-best odds there.DraftKings and Fanatics are both seeing love on the over for the Giants’ 7.5-win total. If they are in fact able to double their wins from last season (four), they would have their best finish since they went 9-7-1 in 2022, and only the second time they would have eclipsed that total since 2016.The Giants are one of the two most-bet teams to win their division at BetMGM with nearly 40 percent of the ticket count despite sitting a distant third behind the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys in the odds to win the NFC East. They’re also the most-bet team to make the playoffs at BetMGM.
