A class-action filed Tuesday claims Amazon denied chairs, bathroom breaks, and prenatal leave to pregnant employees across its warehouses

Amazon $AMZN faces a proposed nationwide class-action lawsuit accusing the company of firing and denying accommodations to pregnant warehouse workers in violation of federal and state law.
The suit, filed Tuesday in Brooklyn federal court by four former warehouse employees, alleges that Amazon systematically withheld basic accommodations from pregnant workers — including seating, restroom and water access, and leave for prenatal care. It also claims the company demanded medical documentation for every accommodation request and threatened or fired employees who missed too much work.
